They provide 4 blends, one of them being organic, all sourced from Nishio, Japan. The company marketing focused on the health benefits of matcha.
About Blend: Grown in the Nishio region of Southern Japan, the tea is reported to be non-GMO and heavy metal, pesticide, and radiation-free.
Price: $27-$49 depending on seller for 30g
Scent: Refreshing, high grassy notes with a hint of floral.

Color: Vibrant hyper green. 5 points
Foam: Fluffy easily formed foam with slight bubble variation. 3 points.
Taste: Grassy, green tea like flavor, with a hint of roasted rice, seaweed, and slight bitterness. 3 points.
Final Score: 3.7
Thoughts: I really enjoy this grade because it has a bit more of a dynamic flavor comparing to some other organic matchas. The vibrancy of the powder says this was truly a fresh product. I bought mine from Amazon, which came at a lower price point.
