Superior Ceremonial Blend Review
Color: When compared against other blends, the powder is toward army green. The liquor is a standard dark green. Points 3.5
Foam + Texture: A thin crema with bubble variation and a shorter finish. Points 3
Taste: A strong flavor reminiscent of green chard bitterness and earthiness. The roasted bitter notes and grassy astringency pair well together, without being too overpowering on the palate. Points 3.5
Final Score: 3.4 out of 5 points
Thoughts: The Superior Ceremonial blend is great for pairing with sweet treats. Itβs tendency to be more bitter and earthy compliments the sweetness of chocolate doughnuts or mochi cakes. This blend is simultaneously mellow enough to drink straight, especially for those who love a strong cup of green tea.
